We work the adhered tissue to help you increase mobility, decrease pain, and feel your overall best. I have been a Registered Massage Therapist for 6 years. My Journey to Massage Therapy started with a love to help people feel their best in whatever circumstances they find themselves in. Massage Therapy is a great way to improve an individuals day to day experiences, and has a huge impact on their quality of life.

My niche has developed into treating woman for deep tissue, therapeutic needs. I have developed a strong skill set in finding problem areas, and working those spots out to provide huge amounts of relief for my clients. I love prenatal/postnatal care as well. In addition to massage therapy, I am a trained birth doula. This goes hand in hand with pre and postnatal care for my pregnant clients.
